Hell Joe from Tower of God

Hell Joe, is a badass villain who has conquered the southern part of the Dead City for quite a while. Because he is able to control and manipulate shinsoo on his area, he was pretty much undefeated, so it is unfortunate that his opponent happens to be his mentor Urek Mazino, who is ranked no.4 in the tower. Good bye Hell Joe, hope you have more luck next time.
