Rob Lucci, in his half-beast leopard form. I like this character, he truly deserves to be the leader of CP9, due to his extremely sadistic nature. This fan-art is for the D.O.A.B challenge sent to some Dmd students, by cambodia300. Its simple, nothing fancy, but hope you guys like it. Anyway, Lucci is a character from, the comic "One Piece". p/s edit:removed the frame, its ugly..
